A LITTLE ABOUT US: Rockies Rentals is a boutique real estate and lifestyle management company based in Canmore, Alberta. Since 2010, we’ve built a reputation as the go-to experts for all things related to short term rentals, real estate investment strategies, and achieving lifestyle pursuits.

We’re a values-driven team. Think hotel-level service, but with heart. Integrity, honesty, transparency, authenticity, and fairness aren’t just buzzwords — they guide every decision we make. Our bottom line? “If you need anything, we’ll be there for you.” That’s not just for guests or clients — it’s for team members, too.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU: You’re competent, self-motivated, and energized by helping others. You take ownership of your work without needing someone to stand over you or hold your hand (but know how to access resources to figure stuff out, and aren’t afraid to ask your team for help when you need it). You take your commitments seriously.

You’re naturally organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver who doesn’t just identify issues — you are active in resolving them. You are excited by a job well done, and a wee bit hard on yourself when it isn’t (not too hard — just a wee bit, because you know when you can do better, and will do so next time). You’re also a pro with smartphones (yes, we really do rely on them every day).

Schedules are posted well in advance so that you can make plans outside of work. No Calls, No Texts, No “Hey – Quick Question!” or “Hey — we need you to come in tomorrow!”. Need a month off in Costa Rica? No worries, just give us some lead time so that we can make a plan. We know that rested, happy team members create the best experiences for everyone.
