Reservations Agent

A little about the job …

  • Be the delightful voice that welcomes our Guests by phone!
  • Process online reservations.
  • Communicate with Guests.

A little about you …

  • You are proficient in Word, Excel, and SmartPhones — with an aptitude to learn new technology.
  • You have experience in the Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.
  • You have a Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle. Use of a Company Car is available for successful candidates with a clean driving record.
  • You are punctual, resourceful, and reliable.
  • You are customer focused, communicate effectively (both written and oral), with strong problem solving abilities.
  • You have a sense of humour, and speak sarcasm fluently.

Cleaner

A little about the job …

  • This position is a combination of Cleaner and Laundry Attendant.
  • Cleaner: Be the eagle-eyed slayer of Dust Bunnies and the Bed Maker that makes our guests dream of making a bed as nice as you do.
  • Laundry Attendant: We fold in the morning, we fold in the afternoon, we fold whenever we have nothing else to do!

A little about you …

  • You have a Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle. Use of a Company Car is available for successful candidates with a clean driving record.
  • You have experience in Housekeeping. Maybe Residential.  Maybe at a Hotel.
  • You are punctual, resourceful, and reliable.

Concierge

A little about the job …

  • Drop off a coffee maker; pick up mail; buy groceries.
  • Greet Guests, and give them a tour of the property.

  • You have a Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle. Use of a Company Car is available for successful candidates with a clean driving record.
  • You are proficient in SmartPhones — with an aptitude to learn new technology.
  • You have experience in the Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.
  • You are punctual, resourceful, and reliable.
  • You are detailed, organized, an avid list maker combined with your willingness to clarify and ensure things are well thought-out and done properly, will ensure your success in this role.
  • Your friends turn to you when they need a problem solved. You are known as “the organized one”, are frequently writing lists, and get oddly geeked out when you find a way to save time/money/effort on a task.
  • You are customer focused, communicate effectively (both written and oral), with strong problem solving abilities.
