We should really say “Emergency” Cleaning and Concierge Services. We’re pretty busy taking care of our Management Clients & Guests, but we have Local Staff available if you are in a pinch. When you need a real human to respond in person to a sticky situation, we will respond quickly and professionally. Below is a brief list of sticky situations we have handled for Owners:
- The Linen Delivery for a self-managed unit didn’t show up. Ugh! We delivered Fresh Linen, and a bouquet of flowers.
- A self-managed owner forgot to schedule a cleaning. Oops! We swooped in to save the day.
- The AC flaked out on the hottest weekend of the year. We purchased fans, delivered them PRONTO, set them up, and removed all of the trash!
- A windstorm ripped the roofing of a property. Yeah. That happened. We went immediately, covered the area with a tarp, took many photos for the International Owner, and awaited the Insurance Company Contractor.
- A self-managed Owner had firewood delivered, but the Delivery Driver dropped it in the wrong place. Our team moved it all.
- A self-managed Owner had a nightmare of a Tenant. The Tenant refused to acknowledge emailed notices. We posted the Printed Notice on the door, and the Owner was finally able to get the nightmare Tenant removed from their property. We also agreed to testify for the Owner.

The Fine Print: If you need our Emergency Services more than once a month, hopefully, you’ll consider letting us manage your property. Because you could be sitting on a beach drinking Mai Tais (or whatever strikes your fancy) while we magically take care of all of this.
