Over 5800 square feet on 3 levels. Experience the Canadian Rockies in style. The house is stunning both inside and out.

The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare the perfect meal There are plenty of serving dishes, linens, and specialty kitchen utensils. Enjoy a quick bite to eat at the eat-in bar (seats 6). The custom kitchen features quarter-sawn white oak cabinets and top-of-the-line Whirlpool stainless steel appliances: double oven, gas 5-burner cooktop, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven.

Enjoy a fine meal aside the flicker of the gas fireplace (not pictured). This shot is taken from the dining room blacony, which overlooks the midlevel of the Rock Room. From this angle, you can see the staircase leading to the upper and lower levels (right) and the powder room (left) as well as the kitchen and entry to the living room (in the distance).

Even with a panoramic photo, we still can't capture the whole space in one frame! Sit by the fireplace, enjoy the view, read a book. Plenty of space for the whole family to gather. This shot is taken from the main entrance to the living room, which is just off the kitchen. The outside door leads to a wraparound balcony. On the otherside of this gas fireplace, is an outdoor woodburning fireplace and a gas BBQ.

Mountain, mountains, mountains -- as far as they eye can see! A view so gorgeous and expansive that it wouldn't fit in one picture! These pictures were taken from the Main Floor balcony.
Master bedroom, upper level: Queen bed, jetted soaker tub, walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead, double vanities, walk-in closet, mountain views. The balcony overlooks the uppermost level of the Rock Room.
2nd bedroom, upper level: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, large closet, mountain views.

3rd bedroom, main level: King bed (can be two twin beds), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, large closet, mountain views. The balcony overlooks the midlevel of the Rock Room.

4th bedroom, lower level: Four single beds for the ultimate sleeover, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, view of rock climbing area. There are the upper and lower bunk, a trundle bed which pulls out from underneath, and another single bed in the "Kid's Cave".

You won't find this in any other Canmore home -- possibly not in any other home ... period! The 3-story rock climbing area (a portion of it pictured here) extends the entire width and height of the property. Watch your climbing companions from your seat in front of the gas fireplace located in the Rock Room, or from the balconies off the master bedroom, 3rd bedroom, and dining room for a bird's eye view of this immense area -- or take a climb yourself!

For entertaining, enjoy use of the large wet bar to mix your favourite cocktails, or pour a glass of wine from a bottle that's been chilling on the wine cooler. Entertain yourself with a quick game of ping pong, or challenge your travelling crew to a competition.

A panoramic view of the Lower Level. Access to the Rock Room is on the right, behind the ping pong table. Garage entrance is on the left, near the door to the laundry room.

A different panoramic view of the lower level. This is taken from the base of the staircase.

Another perspective of the Main Floor Living Room. This shot is taken from the main entrance to the living room, which is just off the kitchen. There is no shortage of mountain views from any seat in the living room.

Plenty of space for everyone to sit, and warm themselves in front of the gas fireplace. Or step outside to enjoy the outdoor woodburning fireplace on the wraparound balcony. Mirror art above the couch allows mountains to be viewed from every seat, even if you are not facing the window. A different mountain view and angle from each seat.
