Our booking fees are based on listed occupancy. We may consider allowing additional occupants for a fee.

Aside from 5% GST and the Pet Fee (if applicable), our booking fees include all other fees. Hotels and some other vacation rentals charge an additional 4% Hotel Tax and/or 2% Destination Marketing Fee, and some may charge cleaning fee or fees for extra guests. Please keep these fees in mind if you are comparing prices of similar properties.

PAYMENTS

A Booking Deposit of $200-$500 is required to confirm booking. Booking Deposit amount varies by property. Please check individual property listings to confirm amount. This payment will be applied toward the Booking Fee and is not a Damage Deposit. Remaining payment is due one month prior to arrival.

The following payment options are available:
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Check (CAD or USD funds only; must be received at least 1 month prior to arrival)
• Money Order (CAD or USD funds only)
• Wire Transfer (fees are the responsibility of the guest)
• Email Payment (available through Canadian Banks)
• PayPal
• Cash Upon Arrival (valid Credit Card number required to hold dates)
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A valid credit card number is required as a Damage Deposit. A hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the stay. In lieu of a credit card number, a Damage Deposit will be collected one month prior to arrival (returned within 2 weeks of departure). Damage Deposit amount varies by property (from $300-$500). Please check individual property listings to confirm amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email is acceptable). There are no refunds due to delays in arrival or early departure, but we will try to accommodate you whenever possible.
Notice of cancellation with more than 30 days notice: Booking Deposit is non-refundable.
Notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice: Booking Fee is non-refundable*
*If we are able to re-rent any portion of your stay, the Booking Fee will be refunded accordingly, less the Booking Deposit.
