Is a vacation rental right for me?
Only you know the answer to that question. Vacation Rentals are ideal for people who are travelling with 2 or more people; would like to cook some or all of their meals; do not require typical hotel services (wake up calls, concierge service); like to get good value for their money; and are staying for 3 or more days.

What do I need to bring?
With the exception of your clothes, toiletry items, and food, we have tried to outfit the condo with everything you need. If you find something missing or need something specific, please contact us. We can have the item delivered to you promptly.

What is the Rental Seal logo for?
Rental Seal is a simple way to show you that we are a real person, and these properties really exists outside of cyberspace. Searching for products/services on the internet leads to many fraud and scam scenarios. To pose as an owner, all someone needs is a few pictures, nice descriptions and knowing where you can advertise your “vacation rental”. Having a Rental Seal will give you an extra assurance about our property. In order to get the seal, we had to provide plenty of documentation to verify our identity and that these properties exist and we are a business owner in good standing. How does PayPal work?
To use PayPal, you are required to have a PayPal account. They are free, but take a few minutes to set up (www.paypal.ca) If you are concerned about giving us your credit card details, PayPal is a good alternative. You can still pay by credit card, but we will never have access to your credit card number. Paypal works for us 99% of the time but the other 1% can be frustrating. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration your experience when using PayPal. You are welcome to call us to assist you through the transaction -- we asnwer our phone much more promptly than PayPal, and you get to speak with a real person when you call Rockies Rentals.

Can I send our Booking Deposit by mail?
Of course! Checks, money orders and bank drafts can all be sent by mail. Please do not send cash as it is unsafe to do so. Please keep in mind that your booking is not confirmed until the Booking Deposit is received. If you'd like to send the Booking Deposit by mail, please let us know once it is on its way. You may wish to send the Booking Deposit by Registered Mail or another service that allows the envelope to be traced. If we receive another booking for your requested dates prior to receiving your deposit, we will contact you and discuss options (usually to get a credit card number to confirm the booking instantly).
