This 1900+ square foot home features 3 bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, and is located within walking distance of the Downtown Canmore Core. The house has been designed with entertaining in mind, and is quite unique — there are secret passages into hidden rooms.
Main Level: The main entrance leads into the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate up to 6 cooks, while two additional guests supervise from the bar stools. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare the perfect meal: lengthy granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, duel fuel oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven. Enjoy a quick bite to eat at the eat-in bar (seats 2) or sit down for a grander meal at the dining room table (seats 8). Don’t forget to turn on the gas wall fireplace to set the mood while enjoying dinner! You can relax in the spacious living room in front of the fireplace while enjoying a movie on a large flat screen TV with surround sound and Kodi (watch free movies, TV shows and listen to music).
The Master Bedroom features a queen bed and shared ensuite bathroom. The shower and tub in this custom bathroom are envied by many visitors. At the end of your day of hiking/skiing/golfing, enjoy a soak in the deep soaker tub. After your soak, step directly into the adjoining shower stall. The entrance the Master Bedroom has a walk-through closet.
The Laundry Room is located on the Main Level.
Upper Level: The upper level features two bedrooms, the second full bathroom (walk in shower), and a loft with sofa bed and pool table.
Exterior Space: The front yard features a large patio, seating area, BBQ, and grassy area. There is both sunny and shady spots to enjoy in the Front Yard.
Other Notes: The Back Yard has a suite (The Crawford Suite). The Crawford Suite will be occupied by another occupant. The Crawford House is accessed from the Street Side. The Crawford Suite is accessed from the Lane. The property was designed to offer privacy for occupants of both units.
The property is located in Canmore, Alberta. It is a 10 minute walk to main street (restaurants and shops) and a 5 minute walk to the river and local walking trails. It is a 15 minute drive to Banff. For security reasons, we do not disclose the exact location of the house.

- Maximum occupancy is 8 people and includes adults and children. This includes any person staying overnight, coming over for dinner or just popping by quickly.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events.
- Please take your shoes off at the front door. This is a Canadian custom and it makes the lives of our cleaning team much easier and helps keep the property in tip top shape!
- Guests will need to sign a lease agreement. This is an easy digital process and we email all the information out when we confirm your long term stay.
