The condo is 893 square feet and features a master bedroom with king-size bed and adjoining 4 piece bathroom. The den features two twin beds and adjoins to the same 4 piece bathroom. Canmore Crossing offers affordable flexibility for families travelling with small children and singles travelling together. The open concept living room-dining room-kitchen opens onto a balcony overlooking the majestic Rocky Mountains. Local amenities (groceries, liquor, restaurants) are literally at your doorstep. With a 5- minute walk you can be in the heart of downtown Canmore -- full of shops, restaurants, and galleries.

After a long day of skiing, golfing, or hiking, relax with your fellow travelers in one of two rooftop hottubs -- offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Or keep in shape for your mountain adventures in the Fitness Room.

Things to consider when renting this property
• The entire property is designated as a No Smoking Area. If it is found that any Guest has smoked on the property, including inside or on the balcony, a $300 charge will apply.
• The unit is located on the 2nd Floor. Access is available by elevator or stairs.
• For safety reasons, the outdoor hot tubs are not open once outside temperatures drop below -20○C (wind-chill combined temperature). The hot tub temperature is 40○C (104○F). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants.
• The lot behind the building will be under construction with an estimated completion date of October 2011. To date, we have received one guest concern about the noise.
